    • No negative marking.
  2. Stage-II: Physical Fitness Test (PFT) & Medical Examination
    • 1.6 Km run in 7 minutes
    • 20 squat-ups
    • 10 push-ups
    • Medical test as per defense standards
  3. Stage-III: Document Verification & Medical at INS Chilka
    • Final selection based on merit list.
  4. Stage-IV: Final Verification & Training
    • Training at INS Chilka followed by sea training.
