(i) Principal, University Law College:
- LLM and Ph.D. in Law (as per BCI Legal Education Rules 2008).
- 15 years of experience in teaching/research/administration.
- Must be a Professor/Associate Professor with 110 Research Score (UGC 2018 guidelines).
(ii) Superintending Engineer:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of service in construction/architecture roles in central/state govt.
- Desirable: Experience in large infrastructure projects.
(iii) Information and Statistical Officer:
- 1st Class Master’s in Statistics/Mathematics/Data Science/Computer Science.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in academic/government/corporate statistical work.
- Desirable: Knowledge in ERP, MIS, and tools like SPSS, Python, Power BI.
(iv) Assistant Librarian:
- Master’s Degree in Library/Information Science with 55% marks.
- At least 5 years of experience in a college/university library.
- Desirable: Library Automation, Digital Library, PG Diploma in related areas.
(v) Assistant Treasurer:
- Postgraduate in Commerce with 55% marks and 5 years’ experience OR
- Graduate in Commerce with 15 years’ experience (3 years as Superintendent).
- Desirable: Knowledge of Tally, SAP, Budgeting, Auditing, and Assamese proficiency.
(vi) Assistant Controller of Examinations:
- Postgraduate in Arts/Science/Commerce with 55% marks.
- 2 years of experience in the university examination system.
