- Candidate must be an Indian citizen as per Articles 5-8 of the Constitution of India.
- Must be a permanent resident of Assam and provide a valid Permanent Resident Certificate or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.

- A Bachelor of Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc.) degree from an institution recognized by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).

Selection Process
1. Interview
